Lovely bed and neat and unique rooms. Self check-in, parking off site. By the way, parking fee - usd 33 per day. Had marvellous and pleasant location to Sydney's attractions, feet from an astronomical observatory. Also - close enough to a garden for breakfast and relaxing.

It exceeded all expectations, had a really good stay in February. The location of the hotel was marvellous - within easy walking distance of Circular Quay. And we where near to Opera House & Lyric Theatre, restaurants, shopping, and tourist options and a taxi rank right at the front door.

I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely little B&B in The Rocks. The main bedroom had comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning to beat the Sydney heat. Linda and James were caring and accommodating hosts who made a delicious hot breakfast for each guest. The outdoor patio, surrounded by trees and potted plants, provided a charming setting for breakfast. The location was ideal, with the Shangri La Hotel nearby for easy access to taxis. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would recommend this B&B for a cozy stay in Sydney.
